What a heart-stopping chapter! Such an emotional roller coaster... but totally worth it.
When Noah smiled at Luke, and it make Luke feel "like he had been handed the world" - gah. My heart just gave out, and that was only the first of many times while reading. The hand touching was so sensual, so sweet, just filled with possibility... very effective!
I love how strong Noah is, and how strong he feels Luke is, and how they both want to fight for those whose strength wasn't enough to keep them from being broken. It's not just about the two of them, but everyone else. ♥ ♥ ♥
And the Holden/Kevin stuff... ack. I'm so glad he saw the light and decided to share what he knows.
I have a feeling there is a lot more to come. I'm scared for Noah. Please let him be okay.
